Designed for those who are new to yoga, suffer from pain or injury, or want to revisit the basics, this series of five classes will take you on a journey towards better health and wellbeing. Each class builds on the previous one, allowing you to learn a full yoga sequence that you can confidently practice at home or in group classes.
Led by experienced instructors, our classes will help you rewire your mind and body, and develop a deep understanding of yoga’s philosophy and history. From Vinyasa yoga to Pranayama breathing, Hatha yoga to meditation, you will learn a variety of techniques and poses that will strengthen your pelvis, shoulders, spine, and core.

Monday, May 15th, 6:00-7:15pm: Meditation, Forward Folds, and Twists

Monday, May 29th, 6:00-7:15pm: Vinyasa, Shoulders, and Arm Balances
Monday, June 5th, 6:00-7:15pm: Sun Salutations, Combining All We Have Learned
