We are next to Merschool swim school, in the Suite Life Centre in the cul de sac of Forssman close.  Forssman close is the road parallel to the R55 (Main Road); the road behind Kyalami on Main Shopping Center (Roco Mamas). Drive past the Lots and Crates to the end of the road/cul de sac.

    1 What should I bring to class?
    Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel. We also offer mats and props for rent or purchase at the studio.
    2Do I need to pre-book classes?
    Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
    3What if I’m new to yoga?
    Welcome! We offer beginner-friendly classes and workshops. Let your instructor know you’re new, and they’ll guide you.
    4Can I freeze my membership?
    No, memberships can not be frozen unless you have a medical emergency. A Doctor's letter is required. Please contact us to arrange this.
    5Is there parking available?
    Yes, secure parking is available.
    6Can I share my class card or membership with someone else?
    No, class cards and memberships are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be shared with or transferred to another person.
