Earth Yoga – Terms of Service

Welcome to Earth Yoga! By accessing our website, booking classes, or participating in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to book and attend classes. Minors may attend with parental consent and supervision.
  2. Health Disclaimer: Yoga involves physical activity. By participating, you confirm that you are in good health and have consulted a medical professional if necessary. Earth Yoga is not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise during or after classes.
  3. Class Bookings: All classes must be booked in advance through our website or app. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
  4. Studio Etiquette: Arrive on time, silence your phone, and respect the space and other participants. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class.
  5. Liability Waiver: You agree to release Earth Yoga, its instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your participation.
  6. Changes to Services: Earth Yoga reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or services without prior notice.
  7. Non-Transferable Class Cards and Memberships: Class packages, memberships, and class credits are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be shared with or transferred to another person.

Refund Policy

At Earth Yoga, we strive to provide the best experience for our students. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Class Packages and Memberships: All purchases are final and non-refundable. Unused classes or memberships cannot be refunded or transferred.
  2. Workshops and Events: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
  3. Exceptions: Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) at the discretion of Earth Yoga management.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and availability for all students, we have the following cancellation policy:

  1. Class Cancellations: You may cancel a class booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the class credit.
  2. Auto-Renew Memberships: If you wish to cancel your membership, please notify us at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.
  3. Teacher or Studio Cancellations: In the rare event that Earth Yoga cancels a class, you will be notified and receive a full refund or class credit.

Code of Conduct

At Earth Yoga, we foster a welcoming and inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the studio.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during bookings or memberships will only be used for studio purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Lost and Found

Items left at the studio will be kept for 14 days. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
