Our retreat package includes two yoga classes per day, taught by experienced instructors who will guide you through a series of poses and breathing exercises. Explore Aerial Yoga next to the pool or on the beach in your free time. These classes will help you to relax and unwind, while also improving your strength, flexibility, and balance.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to explore the underwater world of Sodwana Bay through daily snorkelling/mermaid diving sessions. Our experienced guides will take you to the best spots to see the diverse marine life of the area, including colourful fish, turtles, and even dolphins.
The package also includes accommodation in comfortable, modern apartments. Each unit has 2 bedrooms with on-suite bathroom, Aircon, Queen bed, TV and lounge with self-catering kitchen.
Please note that the package excludes transport and food. However, there are several local restaurants where you can enjoy delicious meals made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
