This workshop series is for beginners. Come with a willingness to learn and challenge yourself. Learn new ways to move and change the way you think.
What makes this style of yoga unique is the rolling of the spine. A more mobile spine and stable pelvis leads to a healthier body and happier being. Learn the cobra roll and how to engage your cobra hood. Transitions and mindful movement is slow and fluid which encourages the body to engage fully.
Budokon Yoga was founded by Cameron Shayne. It’s a mixed movement art that includes yoga, martial arts, calisthenics and animal locomotion.
