This Yoga for Health Course is designed to get you started with a regular yoga practice. After this course you can continue on your own at home or feel confident to join a group yoga class.
This course is ideal for people that are new to yoga, people who stress, people with injury, people who do not feel strong and flexible, people with back pain, and people who are overweight. This is the first step to transforming yourself and taking control of your health and wellbeing.
