INVERSIONS Assisted by Malcolm Nair
Turn your world upside down and change your perspective. Learn the components required and practice the steps to finally nail that headstand and handstand.

SOMATIC SYMPOSIUM
This 2 hour class is inspired by the Budokon tradition. Expect slow moving, deep exploring and a blissful Yoga Nidra. Have a deep conversation with your body.

Sunday 26 November
SKY YOGA FIESTA
A Sky Yoga workshop aimed at women. Feel empowered, sexy and strong. Dance and have a good time!
Time: 9:30am
