September 5, 2014Tibetan Heart Yoga is a combination of Indian Asana (posture) with authentic visualizations, meditations and breath practices. This practice is both spiritual and physical. Tibetan Heart Yoga is an ancient series of holistic practices that bring together the physical body, subtle body, mind and emotions.
Mark and Marloes will host a Tibetan Heart Yoga workshop on the 30th of August from 12 – 3pm. Please bring a donation, there is no set fee for this workshop.

Mark Joseph
Mark Joseph is passionate about training in stillness, mindfulness and compassion as a way to heal our lives and the lives of others. He first made contact with his teachers in the UK, this led to further travels to the east and the Himalayas. Since then he has taught and studied at various centres, studios, temples and medical care facilities. Mark sees the importance of combining western & eastern thought with regards to the mind and our happiness.
Marloes Joseph
Marloes Joseph teaches many styles of yoga across the country. She is internationally accredited and is experienced in teaching various yoga styles. She has also completed Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa flow teachers training and is the South African representative for Heart Yoga, a special practice for using compassion and mindfulness in one’s yoga practice.
