The entire cosmos and all that exists in the cosmos, including human beings, consists of sound vibrations called Nada. Nada yoga is the classical term for the Yoga of Sound in the Hindu Tradition. It is a stream of sacred sound.
Take a sonorous journey through natural sound, music, mantra and meditation, whilst moving the body through yoga asana especially designed to ‘tune’ you in to the vibration that underlies all things… the sound of the inner and outer universe (Nada-Brahman)
