Join us for this fun inversion workshop and rewire your mind and body to move from your heart. Face your fear, build trust and confidence in your body. Learn the drills and flows that will help you connect the dots.
This workshop is open to all levels. Props and walls will be offered to beginners to lay a strong foundation for your future practice. More advanced yogis can take it to their next level.
This workshop is lead by handstand lovers Izelle and Malcolm Nair.
