Crystals and Crystal Healing

Crystal healing is the opportunity to look deep within; through a crystalline lens that illuminates what we have accepted as truth within ourselves. Guiding us to understanding of what no longer serves; what has stemmed from falsehood, love, trauma, joy, denial and a variety of other aspects we create in order to cope and navigate this experience and journey of life.

Allowing us the choice to grow through and heal what has come before; that has shaped our consciousness and sits within our bodies, hearts and souls. We are the magnificent culmination of past life stories, ancestral contracts, experiential knots & ties, universal & cosmic energies; an infinite coming together of past, present and future as the expression of now. Crystals have the potential to assist in shifting/healing disease, trauma/pain held within the body, mental and emotional patterns and endless other perceived ailments.

Understand that we are never truly disconnected from source; we are merely temporarily disconnected from ourselves and thus either our conscious connection to the infinite information that is “God” or our alignment to this source is skewed – this is where we work together with crystals to re-attune ourselves, to our self – and the truth of who we are.

Crystals embody a very specific frequency set, often expressed by the colour they hold – Amethyst resonating a magnificent Purple; strongly connecting with the Crown Chakra. As humans we embody a vast array of energies, often fluctuating between high and low states which has quite an effect on the way we experience our realities – crystals can be used as a compass or antenna to bring in what we are needing to find balance, flow and grounding.

Throughout time remembered and forgotten, all cultures, doctrines and creeds have incorporated some kind of practice involving precious and semi-precious gemstones – it has been my passion and joy to explore many of these practices and tools, developing my own way of dancing with the magic of the stones. Our mineral brothers & sisters have great wisdom and insight to share with us, when we open our hearts and minds to their presence.

In this workshop we will explore the History of Crystals & Crystal Healing, How to work with gemstones and learning to develop your own practice/rapport with them, practical ways of connecting to the physical body, energy bodies and astral realms with stones as well as other information and experience that shall arise forming an introduction to the world of Crystals and Healing with them.
