This course is great for beginners and advanced practitioners that want to deepen their practice, ALL LEVELS are welcome.
Classes will be on Saturdays, as per the dates below from 12 – 1:30pm:
25 Jan: Meditation
1 Feb: Pranayama
8 Feb: Asana: Surya Namaskara & standing poses
15 Feb: Asana: forward folds, backbends
22 Feb: Asana: Inversions, balancing poses
