Africa Acro Yoga Play Workshop

We are teaming up with Lois Symons and Ben  Levin from Africa Yoga Journey to host an African Acro Yoga Play Workshop!

Come and play in a safe environment.  Acro Play  Yoga is a combination of acrobatics, Thai massage and yoga.

This workshop is a lot of fun!  Learn to trust, let go, and FLY 😀
