Join Izelle Nair and Elizabeth Cambanos for a rejuvenating Spring Retreat indulging in Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda, Nutrition, and Wellness. Spend the day in the beautiful gardens of River Meadow Manor in Irene, renewing the body, mind and soul, whilst shedding the winter blues.
The hosts:
Izelle Nair – owner of Earth Yoga Studio, Kyalami – will be your co-host for the morning. As an expert in South African Yoga circles, Izelle’s extensive experience in several styles of yoga allows her to intuitively connect with her students, encouraging them to deeper their practice and achieve a healthier state of body, mind and soul.
Elizabeth Cambanos will be supporting Izelle, bringing with her a fountain of knowledge as a Health Coach and Yoga Teacher. Through Yoga, Elizabeth has linked her Health Coaching with the ancient principals of Ayurveda, focusing on women’s health and wellbeing. She is also the founder of ‘Healthy Yums’ – a range of healthy ‘chocolate’ treats that are sugar-free, dairy free and gluten free but sublimely delicious – every girls dream!!
Itinerary:
8:30am – Welcome smoothie with organic treat
9:00am – Gentle Yoga Flow and meditation with Izelle. This sequence is designed to activate your digestive system, awaken your spine and reboot your being.
11:00am – Elizabeth will introduce you to “Ayurveda – the science of life’, or the sister science to Yoga. This ancient medical practice is being explored more by the Western world looks to find ways to promote and sustain wellbeing, both physically and mentally, through nutrition and lifestyle.
Topics include:
· Discover your unique constitution; knowledge really is power!
· Find balance in mind and body to promote wellbeing
· Nutrition and digestion
· Stress management and self-care rituals
· Receive a free spring cleanse, recipes and so much more!
12:30pm – Delicious and Nutritious Lunch
Experience the fusion of nutritious food, yoga, meditation, Ayurveda and wellbeing!
