Claire has been a committed Yoga practitioner for the past eight years. Although she has explored various styles of Yoga, the self-practice element of the Ashtanga Yoga system resonates very deeply with her.
Most of her time now days consists of growing the Mysore Yoga JHB community, assisting international teachers and gaining much knowledge from them as they travel through Johannesburg.
Claire continues to learn from her experiences as a devoted mother, wife, yoga practitioner and teacher. She looks forward to introducing students to Ashtanga Yoga.
