Join Shandre for a back strengthening and lengthening workshop.

In this foundational workshop explore your spinal anatomy and how you can get on the path to a healthy, strong back. You will be guided through mudras, meditation, pranayama and asanas for spinal health.

Shandre trains and has trained with rock climbers, aerialists, martial artists, dancers and yoga teachers. “All of my growth can be attributed to working with wonderful teachers.” The highlights of her learnings come from completing a 200hr YTT at Earth Yoga Studio, Bhakti Center community groups and being guided by a Bihar School of Yoga teacher.
“After training with teachers from diverse movement backgrounds, I have come to realize it is less about the bend and more about HOW I am doing it.” Warm-hearted and playfully, let us explore.
