During March choose a Yoga Challenge; accumulate points, have fun, and work towards your yoga goals.
Receive R100 voucher for every 200 points you accumulate. Vouchers can be used in the Earth Shop or towards membership. Member with the most points WIN a Mocana Yoga Mat.
Do the yoga challenge for yourself. This is not about being in competition with others. Be curious about who you are, your limitations and your potential. Please practice safely and listen to your body. Slow constant progress with consistent practice is the way to go!
Challenges include:
- 4 x 4: Attend 4 classes, 4 times a week for 4 weeks (40 points)
- 30 days of Yoga (100 points)
- Meditate ever day for 30 days for at least 5 minutes (50 points)
- Ask for / Give a gift every day for 30 days (50 points)
- 100 push-ups every day for 30 days (80 points)
- Work towards a posture like handstand, splits or wheel pose for 30 days (50 points)
- 30 days of Gratitude: Keep a journal and write down 5 things you are grateful for every day (50 points)
- Recruit a challenger (20 points)
- Post to social media daily to document your progress and tag @earthyogastudio #earthyogatribe #earthyogachallenge (100 points)
- Complete all challenges (500 points)
