March 26, 2013On Friday the 15th of February, Lois, Ben, Malcolm and myself headed to central Joburg. Lois and Ben rolled down their mat, and showed off their awesome Acro Yoga moves on the street. People on the street were staring in amazement. Hopefully we inspired some peeps to have some fun.
Lois and Ben from Africa Yoga Journey are back this month. Join us on the 15th of March for an Africa Acro Play Yoga Workshop from 6 – 8pm.
