Yoga for beginners workshop with Brad Whittingham
Take a step onto the mat and discover the beautiful world of yoga, from scripture,correct alignment and posture, basic principles of yoga, the art of breathing,meditation, benefits of yoga and experimenting with asana (postures).
An intimate workshop designed, not only for beginners who would like to gain more confidence within their practice, grasping a greater understanding of yoga, but also for the more seasoned and experienced Yogi who would like to take a step back and rediscover their roots within their own yoga practice.
This workshop is intended to break down the fears and inhibitions some may have when it comes to practicing yoga, dive into the unknown and discover the beauty of where yoga will take you.
