Izelle Nair is leading a weekend of yoga workshops that will introduce you to yoga and what it’s all about. Learn to practice asana (postures) safely and enjoy the calming effects of meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises).
These tools will help you to manage a stressful lifestyle and shift to a more natural way of being. Boost your immune system, tone your body, build strength and increase your flexibility.

Salute the Sun
Standing Poses
Forward Folds
Twists
On Sunday we will cover:
Core
Backbends
Inversions
Meditation
Where: Earth Yoga Studio
When: Saturday 30 September 12 – 2:30pm and Sunday 1 October 9:30 – 12:00
Cost: R500 for both days or R300 per workshop
