This Series of yoga classes for beginners is aimed at people that are new to Yoga and want to learn the basics. It’s for people that live with pain and injury or who are overweight. It’s also a great refresher course if you want to revisit the basics.
There are 5 classes in this begin yoga series, each class building on the last so that by the end of the series you know a sequence that you can practice safely and confidently.
The sequence is designed to re-map your mind and rewire pathways of weight and connections in the body. After completing this short course you will have the tools to carry on practicing at home or join a group class.

Sun Salutations
Standing Poses
Forward folds and twists

Monday 7 March 6:30pm – 7:45pm (Body Awareness, The Feet, Standing poses and hips)
Monday 14 March 6:30pm – 7:45pm (Meditation, Forward folds and twists)
Monday 21 March 6:30pm – 7:45pm (Pranayama, Core and backbends)
Monday 28 March 6:30pm – 7:45pm (Vinyasa, Shoulders and Arm balances)
Monday 4 April 6:30pm – 7:45pm (Sun Salutations, combining all we have learnt)
