Begin Sky Yoga

Learn the basics with this Introduction to Sky Yoga workshop. In this fun yet challenging class we will cover:
- wrist wrap
- hip hang
- rib hang
- straddle hang
- basic tumbles and tricks
Feel like a goddess whilst strengthening your core and upper body. Play with pushing vs pulling, up and down, and take to the sky and fly.
Basic yoga knowledge is preferred however this workshop is open to everybody.
