Spice Up your Yoga Practice
Beat the cold and winter blues. Spice up your yoga practice with Izelle for a 90 minute yoga wheel deliciousness.
We will start with stabilizing the pelvis, firing up the quads, glutes and core. We will then focus on deeper hip openers and balancing postures. Build up a sweat, build strength as we work on the handstand and plank reps; and then go deep as you breathe whilst the wheel supports you in deep backbends.
Incorporate the wheel into your daily practice and fall in love with your yoga practice all over again.
