Join us for a weekend filled with yoga, mermaiding, game drives and delicious food.
St Lucia is one of South Africa’s favorite destinations. Hippos walk in the road and drink from swimming pools in the evening. The estuary is known for it’s abundant wild life including crocodile and hippos.
Enjoy a game drive in the National Park and snorkel in the beautiful Cape Vidal, South Africa’s very own Mermaid Cove. Relax and enjoy yoga on the beach and eat delicious local foods.
Friday 29 October
We will kick off the adventure early on Friday morning 29 October. We will all meet at Merschool 6am and leave together in a mini bus with a professional driver. You are welcome to self drive however the transport is included.
We should arrive around 12pm. Free Time – Settle in, relax on the beach or explore the town.
We will meet from 5pm and wind down with yoga and meditation. Free time rest of the evening. Enjoy a meal at the local restaurant, voucher included.
Saturday 30 October
Get up early, we leave 6am for a game drive in the National Park. Packed Breakfast, picnic in the park. Meditation and yoga at a beautiful (and safe) spot in the park.
From around 11am we will head to Cape Vidal and enjoy the day snorkeling. Late lunch on the beach included.
Yoga and meditation on the beach before we head back home for an early night.
Sunday 31 October
Yoga and meditation on the beach from 8am, followed by breakfast on the beach.
Free time from 10am – go for a walk on the beach, spend time at the pool reading, take a hippo boat tour or explore the estuary.
Meet from 3pm for Mermaiding on the Beach.
Around 4pm join us for yoga on the beach after which we will head back home – free time to explore, eat out at the local restaurant or get some rest.
Monday 1 November
We get up early for yoga on the beach 7am, followed by breakfast before we head back home. We should arrive in the afternoon around 4pm.

We can cater for all dietary requirements. Single and Double rooms available. Families welcome, child minders can be arranged.
What to bring:
Swim Suit, Towel, Winter and Summer Clothes, Flip flops and sneakers, snorkels and flippers, mermaid gear and monofin, yoga mat, nose clips, goggles, ear clips, sun screen, sun hat.
Let us know if you do not have a yoga mat, or mermaid tail and monofin, so that we can pack one for you. We do not provide goggles or any snorkeling gear, please bring your own.
