Pregnancy Yoga – New class!

Calling all Mommas to be! Connect with your baby, other moms and your Self.

We added a Pregnancy dedicated class to the schedule. This class will be slow and gentle and open to all trimesters.

We will be incorporating props such as bolsters, blankets, pillows and silk hammocks to ease you into a relaxing practice, leaving you renewed and recharged, ready to take on the world and your pregnancy. Yoga may help you with your pregnancy symptoms and prepare you for birth.
