Together these ancient practices can harmonize your spirit, body, and mind and create a constant state of wellbeing. Learn what your Dosha is, what foods to eat and what yoga postures to practice.
Join Elizabeth Cambanos for a morning of Ayurveda at Earth Yoga Studio. Lizzie studied Ayurvedic Counseling with the Academy Of Traditional Ayurveda and has linked her Health Coaching practice with the ancient principals of Ayurveda, focusing on practical actions to support client’s health and wellbeing in everyday life. She also incorporates these principles in her Yoga classes to support the wellbeing and balance of her students.
This workshop is for anyone new to Ayurveda and looking to boost their health and energy levels. Come with a willingness to learn and implement the ancient health practices of Ayurveda to improve your overall health and wellbeing.
Wear comfortable clothing as we will dive into yoga asana practice and look at which postures work best for your dosha.
