Begin Yoga Series August

Ready to take better care of your Health and Wellness?

This Begin Yoga Series is aimed at people that are new to Yoga and want to learn the basics. It’s for people that live with pain and injury or who are overweight. It’s also a great refresher course if you want to revisit the basics.

This course consists of 5 classes, each class building on the last so that by the end of the series you know a sequence you can practice safely and confidently.

The sequence is designed to re-map your mind and rewire pathways of weight and connections in the body. You will have the tools to carry on practicing at home or join a group class.

Classes are recorded so if you miss a session you can catch up.

  • Pranayama (Breathing)
  • Hatha Yoga
  • Yoga History and Philosophy
  • Meditation
  • Pelvis stability
  • Shoulder stability
  • The Spine
  • Sun Salutations
  • Standing Poses
  • Forward folds and twists
  • Core and backbends
  • Inversions and arm balances
