Begin Sky Yoga May

Sky Yoga is the funnest way to get fit! Reconnect to your inner child and let your Self free.

With the help of a silk hammock, your body is being held and supported whilst you learn the muscle memory to conquer challenging postures. The hammock also challenges us in the more basic postures and help us balance our floor practice (pushing) with pulling up. Sky Yoga is a great way to build upper body and core strength! This class is aimed at beginners to introduce you to the basics of a general Sky Yoga class. A basic understanding of yoga and experience with a few floor classes is recommended.

In this workshop we will cover:

Wrist wrap
Rib Hang
Hip Hang
Straddle Hang
Inversions and Basic Tricks and Tumbles

Book and pay:

Please do not wear jewelry as this will snag the hammock. Please wear comfortable clothing with a top that covers your shoulders. Please do not eat a big meal 2 hours before class. Please do not chew gum during class and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
