A soft and relaxing journey into your body, this yin yoga workshop is a perfect getaway from the hustle of life. The evening promises to nourish your soul with gentle lighting, soothing music and warm refreshments. The intention for this session is to foster awareness. Through awareness we begin the healing process. We become more sensitive to changes occurring mentally, physically and emotionally.
A perfect class for a beginner, looking to explore the practice of mediation, prana (breath) and stillness. Once we understood how these tools work within our own body; we can start our ongoing healing process.
The use of yoga props makes the poses accessible to all body types, ensuring the body is fully supported to enter deep relaxation. Your body will feel like it had a Swedish massage. Your mind will feel like it had a week vacation.
