Join Izelle for a fun Introduction to Sky Yoga Workshop.  Spice up your yoga practice and turn your world upside down!

In this workshop we will cover the basics of:

  • Rib hang
  • Hip hang
  • Monkey posture
  • Basic tumbles and tricks
  • Safe handstands whilst being held by the fabric
  • How to do a pull up safely
