Who is Sanjay Mithal?
Sanjay is guided by his deep love and affection for His spiritual teacher and Guru, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. This vibrant personality belongs to a group of pioneers who set up the Art of living Foundation In South Africa 16 years ago. This dynamic Art of living teacher, is known for his light hearted & humorous approach to life.
He has been personally trained by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar 14 years ago, is a joyous teacher of meditation, pranayaama & Sudarshan Kriya. He was trained under Archarya Krishna Verma from Canada with over 600 hours in Sri Sri Yogic training, Yoga Sutras, anatomy, physiology and vedic scriptures.
A talented musician who is known for his innovative blends of Sanskrit/English power hours. Sanjay is the creative and artistic inspiration behind Yogarave South Africa and Mantra South Africa. He is also the creative force behind ” I Meditate Africa” – an African Peace initiative seeing over 100 000 people meditating for peace in Africa.
Sanjay is a Director at Pacific Paper technologies South African Office & spends much time travelling abroad, and through his travels, spreads the fine Art of Balancing both a material and spiritual life. He is happily married to his sweetheart, Vani, an Art of living Senior Faculty member as well, & they live in Johannesburg.
