Connect with your body, your baby and other moms!
This is a gentle way to reintroduce yourself back into society as well as get some movement in for both you and baby.
You’ll help your baby perform simple stretches and you’ll do some too. We’ll help you to alleviate tension and regain strength whilst you find yourself and breath again. There are loads of benefits for babies such as building social skills and relationships as well as crossing the midline, learning to roll, tummy time and crawling.
The focus will be on bonding with your little one and there will never be any pressure on either them or you to perform a pose.
Baby should be able to hold his/her head up unsupported and ideally be about 3 months old or more as they’re a lot more robust and happier finding out about their bodies. However, you’re welcome to join after baby is 8 weeks old and take part in whatever you’re able to.
Please don’t stress that you need to stop and feed or change nappies etc – just come and feel at home.
