This workshop will start with a special sequence designed to strengthen your core, arms and shoulders and increase your hamstring and hip flexibility. After that you will be carefully guided into a variety of arm balances and inversions, from basic to advanced level including the use of props, modifications and variations in each pose.
Preferably you already need to have a regular yoga practice, but you do not need to have any prior experience with arm balances or inversions. This workshop is designed to give you all the basics and confidence to kick start and continue your own discovery of these challenging but fun poses. This workshop is also ideal for yoga teachers who are interested in including more of these poses into their classes.
