Handstands and arm balances can be challenging, yet achievable if you work at it consistently and with patience. During this workshop learn the basic Anatomy requirements to achieve these postures. Strengthen the pathway of weight required to stack these postures and use gravity to your advantage. Learn a few drills you can practice daily to conquer your fears.
During this Handstands and Arm Balances Workshop you will learn the tools required to stand on your hands without injuring yourself and gain the confidence to take your practice to the next level.
