Join us for a series of five yoga classes designed specifically for beginners.
This course is perfect for those who are new to yoga, live with pain or injury, or are looking to refresh their knowledge of the basics. Each class builds on the previous one, so by the end of the series you will have learned a full yoga sequence that you can practice safely and confidently at home or in group classes.
Our classes are designed to help you rewire your mind and body and improve your overall health and wellbeing. The series begins on January 23rd, and classes will be held every Monday from 6:00-7:15pm for five weeks. Forward folds and twists
Core and backbends
Inversions and arm balances

Monday 30 Jan 6pm – 7:15pm (Meditation, Forward folds and twists)
Monday 6 Feb 6pm – 7:15pm (Pranayama, Core and backbends)
Monday 13 Feb 6pm – 7:15pm (Vinyasa, Shoulders and Arm balances)
Monday 20 Feb 6pm – 7:15pm (Sun Salutations, combining all we have learnt)
