Correct shoulder alignment during asana practice is crucial in healing from tension/injury in neck, shoulders and wrists, preventing injury, building strength and stability for inversions.
In this workshop you will examine your own posture and learn drills to release, strengthen and stabilise the shoulder joint. We will address problems like what your granny told you not to do “slouching”, winging scapulae (sticking out shoulder blades) and shoulder alignment for healthy, happy wrists.
This workshop is for anyone who would like to improve their posture, comfort during practice, strengthen the rotator cuff and upper body for inversions.
