Back bends are the perfect antidote to our modern lifestyle. If done correctly back bends heal and correct bad posture, improve breathing and heal the spine. This workshop will focus not only on the spine but all the muscles around it which might restrict it’s movement. We will use the breath to find bandhas, deep core activation, so you may feel supported and confident during your heart opener. The spine houses the Central Nervous System. Free your spine, free your body, and deepen your practice.
Who is Patrycja Jansen?
Patrycja is an Experienced Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher and the founder of Inn Yoga Studio. She has been teaching Vinyasa/Flow Yoga since 2009, Hot 26+, Yin and Restorative Yoga since 2010. Her passion is to embrace, encourage, empower and inspire individuals on their journey. Her Vinyasa style is ever evolving with a steady focus on the healing principles of alignment and therapeutics.
